Your current Spectacles

If you look at the inside of the arms on your current spectacles you will see writing displaying the frame manufacturer (not always), frame model code and colour code which will be something like Prada VPR 72H 3654 49 [] 17 7LS-101, where Prada is the frame manufacturer, VPR 72H is the frame model 49 is the eyesize, 17 is the bridge width and 7LS-101 is the colour code.135 represents the arm length from the hinge screw point to the temple end. Please see below for a photo of this.

Usually on the opposite arm you will see the Manufacturer logo, where the frame is manufactured and a CE marking.

So if you choose a similar frame size taking these measurements into account you will have a frame of a similar fit to the one you are currently wearing.
If you know your pupillary distance (PD) an ideal fit is when the Frame width measurement (lens diameter + bridge width) is nearly equal to your (PD) measurement. This means your eyes will sit in the centre of the lenses.
However, this does not take into account your head width which should be slightly narrower than the frame width.
