Your Account with SpecSuperstore
When you log into your account once registering with SpecSuperstore and having made an order, you will see different types of notifications next to your order number. Within your account area you can manage your profile, update your prescriptions and view the status of your orders with us. The notification terms are as follows:
Basket: You currently have an item/items in your shopping basket.
Checkout: You have an item/items in your shopping basket that you wish to process through our secure checkout area.
Received: This states that we have received your order and payment has been accepted.
Rejected: This indicates that your method of payment has been rejected for whatever reason either through PayPal or your issuing bank. Please contact them for further assistance.
Processed: Your order has been processed sucessfully and your frames and lenses are available.
Discontinued: Your chosen frame or sunglass have been discontinued either in the whole range or in a certain size or colour. We will also have emailed you to inform you of this and what options are available.
Backorder: Your chosen frame or sunglass are currently on backorder with the relevant manufacturer. We will have emailed you informing you of this and given you indicated timescales to when the item will be back into stock and available.
Contact Us: There may be a discrepancy with your order with us relating to the frame, lenses, or your personal prescription. We will have tried to contact you via email or by telephone to have this sorted so that we can proceed with processing your order.
Packaged: Your new glasses or sunglasses are in our packaging department ready for collection by our couriers and are ready to go!
Dispatched: Your new glasses or sunglasses have been dispatched by us with our UK courier or overseas courier. An email will follow with your individual tracking number with a link to their tracking facility.
