Excellent Service – Painless & Superb

Hi Specsuperstore,

Just wanted to send you an email thanking you for your excellent service. The ordering process was painless, although I had to put the order through by telephoning as my right eye CYL was too high for the web site order form. Delivery was also as advised, and I appreciated the call to see if they had arrived ok.

The glasses are also superb. The 1.67 index lenses look great. Now I need to choose some dark glasses!

I received my prescription glasses last week.
They are fabulous, and prescription and transitions are perfect.
The service was quick, easy and professional.  I called the team twice, and both times they were lovely, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about my order and the status of it. I would certainly deal with them again.

Customer Service Was Excellent

I have recieved my new specs and am extremely pleased with them. The Genuine Make certificate added a touch of reassurance that this was the real article and a real designer frame. I tried these glasses on at vision express but was horrified at the price of the frames and lenses. I saved 120 pounds by purchasing them with SpecSuperstore.
I phoned twice to ask about the progress of my order and thought that the customer service was excellent. I shall recommend SpecSuperstore to my family and friends.
